Lead capture

WordPress to Salesforce Web-to-Lead Integration

Every WordPress form submission lands in Salesforce as a clean, assigned Lead with source and campaign data attached.

The problem

Manual work is costing you more than time.

  • Leads sit in email inboxes and get copied into Salesforce by hand — or never.
  • Marketing can’t tell which page, ad or campaign produced a lead.
  • Spam and duplicates pollute the CRM and waste reps’ time.
How it works

Our WordPress → Salesforce integration process

  1. 01

    Map your forms

We map every field from Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms or Elementor to Salesforce Lead, Contact or Case fields.

  2. 02

    Capture attribution

UTM parameters, landing page and referrer are captured and stored on the Lead and linked to Campaigns.

  3. 03

    Route & dedupe

Assignment rules route leads to the right rep while duplicate rules merge or flag existing records.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Failed submissions are queued and retried, with alerts so no lead is ever silently lost.

FAQ

WordPress + Salesforce questions

Does Web-to-Lead work with any WordPress form plugin?

Yes. We work with Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms and custom forms, using either native Web-to-Lead or the Salesforce REST API for richer mapping.

Can submissions create Cases or Contacts instead of Leads?

Yes. Support forms can create Web-to-Case records, and existing customers can be matched to Contacts and Accounts instead of creating duplicate Leads.

What happens if Salesforce is unavailable?

Submissions are stored in WordPress and retried automatically, so nothing is lost during an outage or API limit spike.
