Accounting sync

Salesforce QuickBooks Integration & Accounting Data Sync

Closed-won Opportunities become QuickBooks invoices or sales receipts automatically, and payment status flows back to Salesforce.

The problem

Manual work is costing you more than time.

  • Finance re-keys every closed deal into QuickBooks, introducing typos and delays.
  • Sales has no idea whether a customer has paid.
  • Customer and product lists drift apart between the two systems.
How it works

Our Salesforce → QuickBooks integration process

  1. 01

    Align your data

We map Accounts to Customers, Products to Items, and set rules for tax, terms, classes and locations.

  2. 02

    Automate documents

Closed-won Opportunities or Orders generate QuickBooks Invoices, Sales Receipts or Estimates automatically.

  3. 03

    Sync payments back

Payment status, balance due and invoice links are written back to Salesforce for full visibility.

  4. 04

    Reconcile

Daily reconciliation reports flag mismatches before month-end close.

Faster invoicing

Invoices go out the moment a deal closes — cash arrives sooner.

One source of truth

Sales and finance see the same customer, product and payment data.

Fewer errors

No manual re-entry means no mistyped amounts or missing line items.

FAQ

Salesforce + QuickBooks questions

Does this work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop?

We primarily integrate with QuickBooks Online via its official API. QuickBooks Desktop is supported through Web Connector-based approaches for specific use cases.

Can we choose between invoices and sales receipts?

Yes. Rules can decide per deal — for example, prepaid card payments create Sales Receipts while net-30 deals create Invoices.

Is it one-way or two-way?

Both are possible. Most clients push documents from Salesforce to QuickBooks and pull payment status back, but customers and items can be synced two-way.
