WordPress Salesforce SSO Login

Users log in to your WordPress site or portal with their Salesforce account, and their roles and profile data stay in sync.

The problem

Manual work is costing you more than time.

  • Customers and partners need yet another password for your WordPress portal.
  • User access in WordPress doesn’t match their status in Salesforce.
  • Accounts must be created and removed by hand when people join or leave.
How it works

Our Salesforce → WordPress integration process

  1. 01

    Choose the protocol

We set up SAML 2.0 or OAuth/OpenID Connect between Salesforce and WordPress.

  2. 02

    Map users and roles

Salesforce profiles, permission sets or fields map to WordPress roles and membership levels.

  3. 03

    Automatic provisioning

WordPress users are created, updated and disabled automatically on login or through sync.

  4. 04

    Restrict content

Pages, downloads and courses are shown only to users with the right Salesforce access.

FAQ

Salesforce + WordPress questions

Does it work with Experience Cloud (Community) users?

Yes. Customer and partner community users can sign in to WordPress with the same account.

SAML or OAuth: which is better?

Both work. SAML is common for staff and partner portals; OAuth/OpenID Connect is simpler for customer logins. We recommend one after a short call.

Can users still log in with a WordPress password?

Yes, if you want. We can allow both, or enforce SSO only for certain roles.
